Operations Supervisor (Derek)
In my role as an operations supervisor, I am at the heart of logistics, orchestrating the seamless transfer of goods from inbound to outbound transport without the need for long term storage. Everyday involves managing a team, maintaining strict schedules to meet all expected turnaround times, and always ensuring safety and accuracy are being adhered to. It’s a role where sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to continuous change are a necessity in order to serve our customer base the quality and efficiency they deserve.
Freight Coordinator (Cole)
As a Freight Coordinator for Frozen Solid, I manage daily warehouse operations to ensure drivers are loaded with the correct freight before departure. I track shipments throughout the delivery process to support accurate and on-time deliveries. I work closely with the warehouse, drivers, and dispatch to keep operations running smoothly and resolve issues as they arise. My focus is on improving efficiency and solving problems quickly to minimize delays.
